POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE ZONING AND CODE COORDINATOR
Township Ordinance §32-5 establishes the Zoning and Construction Code Coordinator's powers and duties.

     The Zoning and Construction Code Coordinator is authorized as the responsible municipal official to certify to the State of New Jersey Bureau of Construction Code Enforcement the presence or absence of any zoning restriction, lot subdivision condition, deed restriction or any other restriction pertinent to a specific lot; certification shall be required on all applications for construction permits on any lot and will be required when construction is to include new buildings or additions to existing buildings but not when only interior alterations of existing buildings are to be made.
