CHANGE IN RECYCLING PROCESS

The Township has switched over the DPW yard from the previous recycling practice of requiring residents to sort glass, plastic, steel and aluminum cans to dual stream recycling. Which means all these items can now be commingled. A new concrete bin has been configured in the DPW yard to handle this and residents are asked to follow the signage. The recycling of fiber products; newspapers, cardboard, magazines, household dry cell batteries, auto batteries etc. is remaining the same.
