POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DEPUTY MUNICIPAL CLERK

Township Ordinance §32-1(B) establishes the Deputy Clerk's powers and duties. 

The Deputy Clerk shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the Township Clerk during such times and for such periods as the Township Clerk shall be absent.
